AELS is a company based at Twente Airport in the Netherlands and the company procures end-of-life aircraft, with the purpose to remove valuable parts and to provide the best possible sustainable way of recycling of the remaining airframe.
The removed parts are for sale for reuse in the global aviation industry.

Our process of disassembly and dismantling is according to the highest standards and accredited by the Aircraft Fleet Recycling Association (AFRA), Diamond Level.
We are the only European company that handles the entire supply chain for aircraft disassembly and dismanting.

Our Role in the Compass project, is to facilitate the research, innovations and new developments, to provide a platform for tests and demonstrators and we use our practical approach to advice on the feasibility of the proposed solutions and innovations.
